CDI and DRG validation: same code sets, opposite mandates

Both seats open FY2026 ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG grouper v43.1. Then they split. CDI works concurrently and is barred from naming reimbursement. DRG validation works retrospectively and exists to decide it. One constructed example, read from both chairs.
