Led by Jesse Gallop — a certified medical coder and nurse — every course is taught live via webinar, not pre-recorded. You’ll learn ICD-10-CM & ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines, CPT coding, and certification exam strategy in a small-class setting where your questions actually get answered.
After completing the program and passing your certification exam, you’ll be positioned for in-demand remote roles including Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) specialist, DRG Validation, HCS-D certified coder, and remote medical auditor.

I found The Coding Nurse when I was stumbling around You Tube, looking for more information on how to learn to code. It has been one of the best education decisions I have made. Not only has he taught me the art of coding, he has also deepened my understanding of healthcare in general. The layout of the program is clear and to the point. The speed of the program is just right and allows for the absorption of the material. He helps to connect the dots and leaves you feeling ready and prepared. This is NOT a self paced course. It is an interactive class where questions can be asked and answered in a timely manner. I know I got way more bang for my buck. Anyone who gets this course will not be disappointed.
