Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

These providers are contractually limited to using your information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

4. Payment Information

All payments made through the Site are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. When you make a purchase, your payment card details (card number, expiration date, CVV) are submitted directly to the payment processor and are not collected, stored, or accessible by us. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited transaction details (such as the last four digits of the card and billing zip code) needed to complete and record the transaction.

Stripe and PayPal are PCI-DSS compliant and maintain their own privacy policies governing how they handle your payment data. We encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our Site. The categories we use include:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site to function (e.g., maintaining your session, processing checkout).

  • Functional cookies: remember choices you make to improve your experience.

  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how the Site is used, in aggregate. Squarespace sets analytics cookies by default to provide visitor statistics. You can review Squarespace's cookie practices in its Cookie Policy.

  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

  • Contact form submissions: typically retained for up to 24 months after our last communication with you.

  • Order and transaction records: retained for as long as required by tax, accounting, and other applicable laws (typically at least 7 years in the U.S.).

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following choices regarding your information:

  • Right to delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.

  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at the address below.

11. Do Not Track Signals
