Targeted 60-minute preparation for DRG validation and revenue integrity roles. Covers coding accuracy, MS-DRG logic, clinical documentation review, and validation methodology questions.
A detailed critique of your resume and cover letter with specific, actionable edits to highlight your transferable clinical skills and/or your HIM credentials for CDI, DRG validation, and other auditing positions.
How it works? You will submit your current resume, along with a job description of the position you are seeking. Once all of the necessary documents are received, within 10 business days, I will meet for 30 minutes for draft revisions of the resume and cover letter I created. Within 5 business days, we will meet for our final 30 minutes for final review. At that time you will receive DOC and PDF versions of your resume and cover letter.
Two mock interview sessions + resume review + a curated study guide of role-specific scenarios, terminology, and commonly tested concepts. The full runway to interview day. 3 full hours of content.

Before your session, you'll receive a custom set of practice questions and a brief overview of what to expect during the mock interview.

We'll meet via video for a realistic, role-specific mock interview. I'll play the interviewer, ask the hard questions, and give you real-time coaching on your responses.

Within 72 hours, you'll receive a detailed written debrief covering your strengths, areas for improvement, and specific language suggestions to sharpen your answers.
