Inpatient pays you to know it's true.
The op note where the name misled you. The sepsis the chart didn't support. The one diagnosis that moved a whole DRG. They look like three different problems. They're one skill, and nobody handed it to you because it fell into the missing middle. Read the chart like a nurse teaches it from the ground up, for coders who never worked at the bedside.
You're not an outpatient coder doing inpatient work. You're an inpatient coder who reads the chart like a nurse.
One chart read, built class by class.
- ◆16 live classes with me, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 PM ET. Each one is built around a real procedure family: angioplasty, CABG, pacemakers, central lines, embolization, bleeding control, debridement, flaps, spinal fusion, bariatric surgery, and the ancillary sections. You learn to build the code from the op note, not the index.
- ◆A clinical primer in every class. The anatomy and the clinical picture behind each procedure, written for coders who never worked at the bedside. You read the chart like a nurse without having to become one.
- ◆A clinical validation case every week. Heart failure acuity, sepsis, acute blood loss anemia, malnutrition, acute respiratory failure, encephalopathy, AKI. Each one paired with the patients who actually have them, so you can tell documented from supported before the bill drops.
- ◆Two weeks on MS-DRGs and DRG validation. CC and MCC capture, CC exclusions, POA, and then the payer's side: how a validator reads your chart, in the order I used to read them.
- ◆Every class recorded, plus weekly practice sets with answer keys. Keep your job and your shifts. Find your weak spots in a practice set, not in a quality audit.
- ◆Career support when you finish. Your choice of one résumé review or one mock interview with me, for an inpatient coding or DRG validation role.
Think about the monthly gap between what you make now and an inpatient or DRG validation role. Hold this next to it. One price, the full 16 classes, and what you see here is exactly what you sign. No surprises later.

“I'm not clinical. Can I really do this?”
Yes. That's exactly who this was built for. You already know how to code, and you've proven it. What you were never handed is the clinical read, and that is teachable. Every class opens with the anatomy and the clinical picture first, slowly, with the recordings to go back to. The only coders this doesn't work for are the ones who decide alone and never ask.
You'll know exactly what you're agreeing to before you pay a cent.
